We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, carrying our heavy luggage to our room on the second floor and offering us a safe place to store our bags after checkout. They even assisted us in changing our bus tickets and escorted us to the bus station in the morning. The hotel's location in the city center made it very convenient to access transportation, just outside of Nairobi airport.
Not one thing was negative about our stay at this hotel.

Great hospitality and lovely atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable and we had a warm shower every day. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, with many healthy options. The hotel is also strategically located near major landmarks and shopping centers, making it easy to get around. We also enjoyed the breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace.
The restaurant service was also slow at times, which made us miss out on some of the activities we had planned for the day. however, our stay was enjoyable and we had a great time spending our Christmas holiday at this hotel.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the well-maintained and clean rooms. the staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful with our needs. the hotel had excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi and a relaxing lounge area. the location was central, with easy access to the city's main attractions and restaurants.
The breakfast fell short of our expectations. It lacked variety and the food quality was not impressive.
